Abstract: As a complex network system, supply chains have some characteristics of complex networks as dynamic, sclf- adaptability, self-organizational, etc. This paper considered the whole macroscopic behavior of supply chains networks, analyzed growth evolving rule of birth, decline, and exit of enterprise node, and constructed a layered weighted supply chains network model based on preferential attachment of multiattribute parameter combination of nodes. The experi- ment results verify the scalcfrec property of the model, whose exponent of power law is in the range form 2 to 3，and it has higher clustering and lesser average path length with network size, which shows that the model exhibits small-world property.
