摘要: 结合计算机硬件设备运维的实际情况,基于设备/子系统可靠度和可用性理论,按照运维资金效益最优化的原则,分析了设备/子系统的资产残值、业务重要度和不可靠度等运维重要度变量的测算方法。在此基础上,研究并构建了计算机硬件设备/子系统运维重要度评估数学模型,并据此提出了运维决策算法。最后,采用计算机设备/子系统可靠度理论及基于马尔可夫链的可用性分析,结合实例提出了运维效益的评估量化方法,这对计算机设备运维效益的量化考核有一定的启发作用。
