摘要: 近年来随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等技术的广泛普及与迅猛发展,科研管理正逐步从传统模式转向数据驱动、信息化、智能化的新范式。这一变革使得传统信息系统架构越来越难以满足海量数据交换、数据共享、数据安全等方面的需求。文中以国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称“自然科学基金委”)的信息系统架构为例,探讨其发展演进方向。面对新时期科学基金改革的推进,自然科学基金委现有信息系统在网络和数据安全保障、智能化服务水平提升以及系统开发与管理效能优化等方面面临诸多挑战。首先介绍了两种传统信息系统架构在自然科学基金委的应用现状,接着,分别从业务量和业务系统数量增长、信创替代、智能服务和数据管理4个方面对现有信息系统面临的挑战进行了深入分析。最后,从数据管理和微服务两个维度给出了对信息系统架构后续发展的思考。
