摘要: 在新一代人工智能深度渗透高等教育的背景下,研究生教育正从“规模扩张”迈向“智能生态”。对此,基于全国教育科学规划课题“人工智能时代研究生教育模式与组织形态研究”的阶段成果,提出“学习-实验-孵化(Learning-Lab-Launch)+智慧校园+智慧治理+智慧伦理”三位一体的3L-S3智能化教育模型,探索AI 技术对课程体系、科研训练、组织结构与数字治理的重塑机制。采用“扎根理论+中南大学研究生院1 862 份大规模问卷+ 8国对比+典型案例深描”混合方法,并以3年追踪数据验证其有效性。结果表明:1)AI 驱动的能力画像将个性化学习收益提升 23.6%;2)数字孪生 Meta-Lab 将科研周期压缩 31.4%;3)扁平化、网络化的教育组织形态成为人才-技术-治理协同的关键载体;4)区块链-AI 协同治理使学术不端预警准确率达到 92%。鉴于此,提出建立“国家 AI 研究与教育中心”、试行“跨学科转换硕士”和组建“可信 AI 课程共同体”的3项政策路径,为我国研究生教育高质量跃迁与教育治理现代化提供可复制、可评估的新范式。
