摘要： 国际标准ISO16100制定了软件能力描述的规范，提出了加强软件互操作和数据交换能力的方法学。基于该国际标准，本文研究了软件互操作和数据互交换的实现机制；分析了在不同情况下软件匹配的规则，尤其针对遗留系统的互操作，分析了各种进行语义匹配的方法，并提出了相应的系列算法；原型系统的实现，验证了算法的可行性、合理性；通过对算法的时间复杂度的分析，说明了算法的实用性。
