摘要： 随着EAI以及Web Service技术的发展和成熟，SOA的出现以它的松耦合，即插即用的优势迅速占领了电信行业最主流的EAI技术方向，大大提高了EAI技术和平台的可靠性和便捷性，使电信行业的新老系统能更好地耦合在一起，降低了开发和维护成本。文章剖析了SOA技术的理念和框架，并针对电信业务实际案例提出了解决电信业务流程编排的方法。
