摘要： 项目跟踪与监控（SPTO）是软件过程管理的重要组成部分，如何对项目进行有效的跟踪与分析是该活动的关键。挣值分析法（EvA）是工程领域中的一种有效的分析法，将它引入到SPTO中，并结合一个具体项目，围绕EVA详细讲述了SPTO的实施情况。
