摘要： 首先比较了当前资源调度的各种方法，讨论了把市场机制与语义相结合的原因及重要性。提出了基于市场机制和语义的服务调度模型（Market-Semantic）。它包括本体相似度的计算、效用函数的确定、资源价格的确定、求约束条件下资源分配的最优解等。设计了基于语义元的本体相似性度量方法，把服务的性价比作为效用函数，实现了市场机制与语义的有效结合，为市场机制下根据语义获取用户满意的服务提供了一个方法与途径。最后，把Marke-Se-mantic模型与Max-Semantic，Semantic-Cost-Max-Min
