摘要： 软件缺陷数据的分析对于软件质量保证、项目管理和过程改进具有重要的意义，但目前的缺陷管理工具的数据分析功能普遍比较薄弱。本文首先分析了软件缺陷属性数据的类型，在此基础上阐述了软件缺陷数据分析的基本方法，包括一元数据分析和多元数据分析。最后讨论了实现软件缺陷数据分析方法所涉及到的几个关键技术。
