摘要： 本文基于同构化基本原理，以数字图书馆与供应链为例，简述了复杂系统服务对象关系管理（OSRM）新概念的基本内涵；分析了OSRM结构的主要特点和重要意义；提出了供应链的服务主体与服务对象关系模型、服务主体与服务对象关系公式，以及单服务主体服务流域集散双头螺钉模型；阐明了服务对象关系管理是复杂系统管理的同构化新路。
