摘要： 软件缺陷原因分析对提高软件质量、保证软件项目顺利进行具有重要的意义。对定性和定量的软件缺陷分类方法进行了系统的总结，分析了它们的优势和弱点，并探讨了将这两类方法相融合以增强其功能和实用性的方法。
