摘要： XtremWeb可以汇集联网主机的空闲CPU资源来进行高性能计算，但主机CPU负载是时变的、复杂的和非线性的，具有高度的不确定性。结合ON／OFF模型的思路，提出一个主机CPU的可用性模拟方法，对主机CPU在每日各时刻的可用性进行模拟。实验结果表明，该方法具有较高的模拟精度。关键词XtremWeb，主机CPU可用性，重尾分布
