摘要: 针对基于图像的寄生虫虫卵外形分类中存在的不足,提出了一种基于边缘空间分布直方图的寄生虫虫卵形 状分类算法,即首先基于不同种类虫卵的边缘轮廓特征对被识别虫卵进行初步定位,在此基础上利用水平集方法进行 边缘提取,进而利用傅立叶描述子实现形状分类。实验表明,该方法具有较好的识别率和运行效率。

Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of shape classification method based on images of parasite eggs, this paper pro- posed a new classification algorithm based on boundary spatial distribution of parasite eggs. Firstly the location of para- site egg is positioned based on edge profile features of different eggs, and then method of level set is used to extract edge. Finally feature classification is realized by using Fourier descriptors. Experimental results show that this new method has better recognition rate and operating efficiency.
