基于均匀区域分割的图像检索研究

Image Retrieval Based on Uniform Region Segmentation

摘要: 为减少图像分割准确性对基于内容的图像检索效率的影响,提出了一种基于均匀区域分割的图像检索算法。 首先对图像进行均匀区域划分,提取其区域直方图颜色特征和Gabor小波纹理特征,再利用与所提取的图像特征相适 应的相似性度量实现有效检索。实验结果表明,与SIMPI_Icity系统相比,该算法平均检索性能提高了3.600,具有良 好的平均查找率。

Abstract: In order to reduce the effect of the accurate image segmentation on the content based image retrieval, a new image retrieval algorithm based on uniform region segmentation was proposed. At first, the image was segmented using uniform region,and then the histogram color feature and Uabor wavelet texture future were extracted. Finally,a reson- able similarity measure was designed to improve the retrieval efficiency. The experiments results show that the algo- rithm in this paper is more accurate than SIMPI_Icity system. The average retrieval performance is increased by 3. 6%. Better ave-rage precision ratio is obtained.
