Research on Argument Ontology for Computational Argumentation

摘要: 近年来辩论技术在人工智能领域获得广泛关注。然而,在辩论过程中,如何高质高效地构建攻击论据仍然是难以解决的问题。通过分析论据的本质属性,形式定义论据的相关概念及相互关系,结构化论据的知识表示,实现了论据本体的建模。该论据本体的一致性和可用性通过一个辩论实例得以验证。在此基础上构建了一个原型系统,该系统能够在辩论过程中基于论据本体查找和构建论据,重用已构建的论据,从而有效提高了自动辩论的计算效率。

Abstract: Argumentation techniques have been widely concerned by AI researchers in recent years.How to construct qualified counter-arguments efficiently for the argumentation process still remains to be a difficult problem.The nature of arguments was analyzed,and concepts relating to arguments and relations between these concepts were formally defined,and the knowledge representation of arguments was structured.Then an argument ontology was implemented.An instance of an argumentation process was used to testify consistency and usability of the argument ontology.In a prototype system built on this ontology,arguments needed in argumentation processes can be aquired by quering or constructing based on the ontology.Arguments constructed previously are reused,thus the computing efficiency of automatic argumentation is enhanced.
