Concept Algebra-based Representation Model and Conceptual Calculation Rules for Event

摘要: “事件”作为大粒度的知识表示单元,是互联网上重要的信息载体,越来越受到学术界的重视。提出了一种基于概念代数的“事件”表示方法,其可以描述事件与其对象要素、环境要素、时间要素、动作要素之间的关系;表示事件之间的时间、逻辑与分类关系;表示事件的状态变化;记录各类事件要素的语言表现,并能进行“事件”概念的层次运算。最后通过实例说明该表示方法与运算规则的可行性和合理性。

Abstract: As a large-grained unit of knowledge,“event” is an important information media on Web,which has attracted more and more attention and high regards from the academia.This paper proposed a novel representation model and conceptual calculation rules of events on the basis of Nilsson’s concept algebra.The representation model is able to express the relations between events and their elements.Furthermore,it can express dynamic procedure of event and relations between events.Case studies demonstrate the representation model and conceptual calculation rules are effective and widely applicable.
