摘要: 随着BIM在我国建筑领域的重点研究与广泛应用,BIM建模软件的战略意义不断提升。长期依赖国外BIM建模软件使我国建筑业面临“卡脖子”的风险,我国建筑业迫切需要国产BIM建模软件的高质量发展。系统、科学、合理且客观的软件评价是推动我国国产BIM建模软件发展的重要手段,也是目前我国建筑业亟需解决的关键问题。首先对国外主流BIM建模软件的特性进行调研及系统性分析,建立了包含功能评价、质量评价和BIM化程度评价在内的国产BIM建模软件多维度评价模型。然后基于熵权-AHP与云模型理论,建立了针对国产BIM建模软件的多维度评价流程。最后以多维度评价模型为基础,对案例软件PKPM-BIM和广联达数维建筑设计软件进行了多维度评价,验证了评价模型的可行性和适用性。
