Abstract: Ontology learning technology is still in the exploratory stage. The paper researched the techniques in the field of knowledge production, and proposed a classification algorithm of taking into account both the semantic similarity and the structure similarity of the concept,ontology. ontology learning As the algorithm using the "quantitative clas sification of value" as the classification standards, experiment shows that the algorithm is more effective than other al gorithms.
