Abstract: The uncertainty measurement method of decision rules in complete information system was firstly introduced into the incomplete information system. When some of attribute values are missing,the uncertainty measurement of decision rule shows the characteristics of probability interval. On the basis of that, the certain factor coverage factor can be measured by approximate probability value. Besides this, the reflection degree of rule to the knowledge classification can be computed using the certain factor.
