Abstract: Recently, Chen, et al. presented a membership revocation algorithm of a group signature scheme, verifiable revocation procedure was invoked to show whether a member is revoked. I3y analyzing Chen's design, a limitation was pointed. At the same time, another improved membership revocation algorithm was proposed. Under the assumption of stronger RSA and Discrete Logarithm problem, the efficiency and the security of the new group signature scheme were proven.
