Abstract: The architecture design is an important phase in information system development. The complexity of archi- lecture is an key influence factor for information systems. According to the characteristics of information systems archi- lecture development, the measure model of system Cohesion and that of system couple were defined in the paper. Based on these measure models, a complexity analysis method on information systems architecture was provided. Furthermore, an application example was given to illustrate the method is effective.
