Abstract: Dynamic scheduling has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the resource utilization ratio of MI3MS(multimedia broadcast/multicast service) , and the design of dynamic scheduling information(DSI) is animportant part of it. The paper discussed some problems existing in current DSI design and their impact on user's reception of MI3MS traffic,and built an OPNET simulation platform which is strictly based on the 3UPP standard traffic models and I_TE protocol stack to study some of these problems. According to the simulation results, we presented an more practical and bit-saving DSI design proposal using differential sulrframe offset to denote the dynamic scheduling information.
