Abstract: Quality-of-Service(QoS) in workflow processes encompasses various non-functional issues such as performance, dependability and security, etc. I}he management of QoS metrics directly impacts the success of services participating in workflow-based applications. Therefore,when services are created or managed using workflows or Web processes, the underlying workflow engine must be able to estimate, monitor, and control the QoS rendered to customers. An approach was given to give QoS of workflow processes based on the decomposing algorism and numerical analysis of stochastic well-formed workflow(SWWF) model.
