Abstract: A proxy signature scheme entity to delegate its signing capability to another allows an original entity (proxy) in such a way that the proxy one can sign messages on behalf of the delegator. A new identity-based proxy signature scheme was proposed. The scheme is existentially unforgeable in the standard model against adaptive chosen message and identity attacks under the Computational DifficHellman assumption. Compared with the known identity-based proxy signature scheme in the standard model>the scheme enjoys less operation.
