Abstract: According to the facts that a complex network composed of a number of communities and users are usually interested in only a few topics, this paper proposed a community division model by community semantic entropy and entropy between sematic communities, classed the network into serveral communities, and applied the model in the services center specific problem. The community load capacity and the other characteristics experimental anlysises show that this model's efficiency singnifcantly increases in application, for the semantic characteristics of community arc fully accouted, it also provides a new way to the deployment of service registries in semantic community.
