Abstract: The drawbacks of existing definition on fuzzy entropy of vague set were pointed out, and the causes of draw back were analyzed. We gave out the axiomatizing definition on fuzzy entropy of vague set, and proposed a new fuzzy entropy of Vague set, and proved its rationality and validity.
