Abstract: According to the characters of time variable 3D scalar fields, a parallel computing and parallel rendering framework combining sort-first and sort: last parallel rendering method was proposed. This framework adopts scene task distribution in parallel computing step and adopts screen distribution in parallel rendering step. The experiments show that this framework can effectively improve the stability and capability of the parallel computing and rendering.
