Abstract: The structured technology of frame expression can express static preplan. The structure of preplan library and index were designed by using relation model. At the same time, cascbased reasoning method and nearest neighbor method were unified, and the similarity of emergent events and preplan was calculated, therefore optimal similarity search was achieved.
