Abstract: With the development of network technology, the Internet has become a complex and diverse data sources, especially the rise of Web2.0 and social networking, each Internet users can be seen as a spatial sensor from spatial information angle,massive spatial information surrounding them has been published on the Internet. Spatial information on the Internet becomes increasingly rich. This paper presented the Web oriented spatial information extraction systems. In this system, we recognize geographic sense address from non-structured data in the Web pages. Then we extracted attri bute information related to that address, and map this attribute information to spatial entity by address gcocoding. Final1y we proposed a prototype to prove the feasibility of the system.
