Abstract: Process quality is the important section of the quality control. Now the major problem that exist in process quality control is lacking method of quality diagnose and improvement,history data is not effective utilized. BI(Business Intelligence) is the latest computer technology, this paper applied it in the process quality control, to integrate all the dato of process quality, find quality hidden trouble by data mining, assist operating staff to control quality and make correel decision to improve rate of satisfactory quality.
