Abstract: With the development of ICT, data management has meet more and more challenge, one of challenge is uncer tainty of data. This paper proposed a probabilistic data model based on existence of tuple, compared with other models,this model was proved to be complete, and we proposed corresponding probabilistic relational algebra and query algo rithm.
