Abstract: This paper presents a deep analysis the shortage of BPM platform of sinopec science and technology management system,SOA technology is introduced into the BPM platform,and puts forward a kind of five layer BPM platform based on science and technology management SOA through the service component layer and services layer technology integration,the formation of a unified SOA service management,realize the original BPM platform complicated business logic scalable and maintainable．
