Abstract: Call Center Reporting System is an important part of the information system．With call center business continues to expand,traditional reporting system can not meet the business needs of the call flexibly and dynamically．This paper proposes an SOA-based models,and Reporting Services Reporting Services application implementation．Thereby ensuring consistency call report data sources,while providing standardized,uniform access interface,the achievement of an effective data report data access and sharing.
