Abstract: In this paper,research and implementation of personnel training information management system based on business rule engine,through the analysis of business process,main function module design and business relationships in the data description,expounds the main business rule,and detailed description of the implementation of key rules．The situation of on-line use of the system illustrates that the personnel training organization,management and analysis are improved significantly.
