Abstract: Reconfigurability makes P/S (Publish/Subscribe) systems amenable to highly dynamic environments.Exis-ting P/S systems are typically not able to rearrange dynamically their operations to adapt to changes which impact the topology of their event broker infrastructure.A new reconfigurable management approach called RS3DS(reconfigurable sparse 3dimensional space) was proposed in large-scale dynamic P/S systems.A reconfiguration strategy for subscription tables was analyzed, which was based on the notion of composition and decomposition from RS3DS.The simulation results show RS3DS has low reconfiguration overhead and high event delivery rate.
