Abstract: Medical image registration plays a positive role in clinical diagnosis and treatment, illness monitoring, surgery and so on. With a medical image registration framework as the mainline,this paper presented an overview of classic algorithms and new technologies involved in the various modules of the framework, as well as related performance analysis. Moreover, this paper also involveed the development platform, test database and evaluation criteria, giving a comprehensive summary of the latest development of medical image registration technology.
