摘要: 电力系统低压用户信息采集所采用的本地通信技术种类繁多,存在多种协议体制通信速率不统一、异构互通困难的问题。针对电力通信系统中异构链路接口间通信速率不匹配问题,提出一种适用于电力异构通信的链路速率跨层匹配机制。在链路层,设计基于业务速率需求的接入控制机制,提高链路利用率。提出网络接口动态存储转发机制,完成不同网络接口之间的通信速率匹配。在网络层,提出了一种面向网络层多路径传输的速率匹配算法,实现多路径下的路径选择策略与路径传输数据的动态优化。仿真结果证实了该跨层速率匹配机制的有效性。与RBAR协议和ARF协议相比,该机制提高了网络吞吐量,降低了时延和丢包率。
