摘要： 建立了一个Web资源质量评测系统。该系统将AHP算法与模糊逻辑相结合，以解决Web资源质量评测中模糊和不确定问题。另外，模糊AHP算法中集成了评测置信度和风险指标，以增强评测精度和提高Web资源质量评测的可靠性。
